Exchanges & Returns
1. If it doesn't fit, can I exchange it?
Yes! You can request a return within 7 calendar days of receiving your item. Just contact us through our customer service channels.
2. How does the return policy work?
You have up to 7 calendar days after delivery to request a return, even if you change your mind. The process is simple, and we'll help you every step of the way.
3. Do I have to pay for shipping for the exchange or return?
For returns within the legal deadline due to regret, shipping is at our expense. Outside this deadline, we evaluate each case individually according to our policy.
About the Products
1. How old are Antonita's clothes?
Our pieces are designed for children ages 0 to 16, with variations depending on the model. We always recommend checking the size chart.
2. How do I know the ideal size for my daughter?
Each product has a sizing chart on the page. We recommend measuring your child and comparing it to the information to choose the ideal size.
3. Can the colors and prints vary from the photos?
We do our best to maintain accurate photos, but slight color variations may occur due to lighting or device screen.
Shipping & Delivery
1. What are the delivery times?
The delivery time depends on the destination zip code and the shipping option chosen. You can simulate delivery times directly in the shopping cart.
2. How do I track the status of my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking code via email to track your delivery.
3. Does Antonita deliver throughout Brazil?
Yes! We ship nationwide with great care .
4. Can I pick up my order at a physical store?
Yes! But for now, this option is only available at our own store — Casa Antonita , located in Linhares, Espírito Santo.
Payment
1. What forms of payment are accepted?
We accept credit cards, Pix and bank slip.
2. Is it possible to pay for the purchase in installments?
Yes! Credit card purchases can be paid in up to 10 installments.
Gifts
1. Can I send an order as a gift?
Yes! Just select the gift option in the cart or let us know in the comments field.
2. Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yes, we do! Check availability and possible additional costs at checkout.
3. Can I include a card with a message?
Of course! You can write your message in the appropriate field and we'll take care of the rest.
